The Home in Austin, Texas

This is a wonderful home I had the opportunity to design in Austin, Texas. The traditional Colonial style brick home was incredibly different from any other project I had ever worked on.

I'd never done a job in Texas and was super excited to do something in a completely different part of the country!

My clients were a young family that wanted a stylish, hip look but not too modern, and they wanted it to be comfortable and functional for their children as well (3 little ones all under the age of 6)! This was also a great chance to have some fun with the kid's rooms.

The New England Home

Challenge:

The 8,000 square feet new construction home is situated on three acres of waterfront property in Rhode Island. When the family built the house their style was very traditional and the house was intended to have a Mediterranean feel. Upon completion a more modern look was discovered.

Hamptons Home

Challenge:

As family has expanded, the once rustic home has been turned into a 4,000 square foot masterpiece.

New elements of the home include 200 year old oak floors in French provincial stain, custom bathroom tiles imported from Italy, expanded great room and dining area, additional quest rooms, modern kitchen, new decking and custom bar.
