People often ask me what I enjoy cooking most. For me it's all about flavor! Italian, French, Asian, American...I love to try new recipes and I always get ideas when I see the fruits and vegetables that are in season.

It's difficult for me to narrow down my favorite tastes, and I'm also not afraid to try new dishes! I love to browse through cookbooks, and even though I may not follow exact recipes, they help me create new and exciting menu combinations.
